2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a full refund if:
- You request it within 7 days of your original purchase date.
- The service was not working as advertised and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- You have not consumed more than 10% of your subscription period.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The subscription has been active for more than 7 days.
- The issue is caused by your hardware, internet connection, or third-party software.
- You simply changed your mind after a working trial period.
- Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Use.

5. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and will be disputed with your financial institution.
