Telly4K respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), Telly4K will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you believe that content available through Telly4K infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written notice containing the following information to our DMCA agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. The counter-notification must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Telly4K will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Telly4K is a service provider and is not responsible for content transmitted by third parties through its platform. This DMCA Policy does not constitute legal advice.
